Archie Apprentice Program

Archie Group's Apprentice Program is designed for recent college graduates or those seeking career-changing options, who are curious about public relations (PR) and reputation capital-building firms. Apprentices have the opportunity to gain paid, hands-on experience through remote working, and learn transferable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This 6-month program (Summer and Winter commencement) is structured to encourage exploration of all aspects of PR and reputation capital—the services that Archie Group provides to organizations in the finance, tech and social impact space. The program can also be tailored to an Apprentice’s professional interests, such as media relations, editorial, social media management, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Performing research on current trends and using it to create story narratives

• Compiling media (online, podcasts, videos), events, and awards lists for clients

• Writing press releases and other content

• Capturing competitive intelligence for company and clients

• Innovating ways to increase internal operational efficiency

As an Apprentice, you will have the full support of the Archie Group team behind you. Team members will invest time in the program as either a Champion or a Mentor, providing regular support for tasks and ensuring that you will succeed in your role. Apprentices who successfully complete the 6-month program may be offered a full-time role at Archie Group as an Associate.
