SENIOR CONSULTANT, CUSTOMER STRATEGY

Tricia Juhn advises on corporate B2B2C customer strategy. Over a 15+ year career in financial services, she’s logged 10,000+ hours listening to consumers and intermediaries, helping organizations like JP Morgan and the World Bank to diversify audiences and build more inclusive products.

Tricia started her career with the Inter-American Foundation, delivering humanitarian aid in wartime El Salvador; ran due diligence at Latin America’s premiere M&A; and served as professor of International Relations at American University before going into consulting.

Fluent in Spanish, she works in Europe, APAC, and Latin America. She holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Miami.

She is a 2019 Bread Loaf Sicily Fiction Writer, and the author of Negotiating Peace in El Salvador (Macmillan/Palgrave), as well as several other works of non-fiction and fiction. In her off-hours, she is a commercial artist and can be found cycling recklessly through her hometown of New York.

WHY ARCHIE

There’s two kinds of consulting firms: There’s the “I know him, our kids go to school together and we got drunk at the last club outing and I can get him to do xyz.” And there’s the kind that helps you think through the issues, imagine solutions, and build workable plans around them.

You can tell by the way I’m talking where my preferences lie.

For what I do, B2B financial services, I want partners who understand that their products and strategies are a force multiplier for creating prosperity and stability, or crushing debt and wasteful consumerism.

Financial products change people’s lives: businesses, employees, earners, customers – everybody. You can’t be cavalier about that. I look for clients who want help understanding the lives of their customers – that’s what I do.

Do you understand what’s happening to your customers’ wages, savings, investments, spending patterns? Do you want to talk through consumer finance policy, investment management strategy, retirement planning? Your job is to understand your product, run your business. My job is to help you understand what’s happening in the lives of your customers that affects your business..
