Sarah Hinawi, EdM, VP of Human Capital Management at Archie Group, is a visionary leader and innovator in organizational development. With expertise in human-centered design, entrepreneurship, and leadership cultivation, she drives transformative change in the evolving gig economy.
Sarah's work combines cutting-edge design thinking with a deep commitment to human thriving to reshape organizational cultures, foster innovation, and create sustainable, people-first environments that meet the demands of our rapidly changing world, resulting in scalable solutions that prioritize both wellness and productivity.
Her 2016 TED talk focused on how workplaces and individuals can develop the competencies for self-directed leadership.
Sarah earned a master’s in education from Boston University. Her collaborations span work in the non-profit, education, finance and events industries, and include prestigious institutions such as Columbia University, Stanford, TED, and the College Board, as well as thought leaders like best-selling author Seth Godin.
