Marlene Wilden

Marlene works with senior leaders to create alignment –both internal and external– around shared vision for organizational transformation. Her specialties include brand strategy and positioning, reputation management / crisis communications, investor relations, and employee engagement.

Previously, Marlene was a part of the Corporate Affairs team at Thomson Reuters, where she helped sharpen the execution of targeted relations strategies, which included the company’s sale of the Finance & Risk business to private equity. Before that, Marlene was on the agency side at Daymon Worldwide, where she led a multi-year engagement and worked with the C-Suite on all sales enablement and post-merger integration activities.

Marlene’s proficiency in business-to-consumer spans to the media & entertainment industry. She was a senior member of the group leading mass media product operations for Nielsen’s sports division. She maintained a diverse client portfolio in addition to managing an analytics team.

Marlene holds an advanced degree in data & accountability, which she often leverages to scale operational processes that will best support management with externally facing activities. While earning an Ed.M in Educational Statistics, Measurement and Evaluation, she supported the faculty of Rutgers GSE on works that were published in peer-reviewed journals. Prior to that, Marlene served as a state certified secondary educator in both urban and rural Title I districts. Marlene obtained her undergraduate degree from Temple University.
