DIRECTOR, GROWTH PLATFORMS

Paul builds networks and ecosystems of business leaders to engage in idea exchange over some of the most innovative industry sectors across every continent. For 15 years, Paul has been helping companies identify where their traditional operating paradigm needs to adapt to the changing needs of customers or of the economy. He is particularly experienced in engaging businesses looking to combine innovation with exploring new business opportunities beyond their borders as necessary growth strategies.

His recent experience has included roles in the Innovation and Venture Capital space, where he matched growth-stage startups with traditional corporations as customers and investors. He has built global business networks of C-suite executives in a variety of roles. He is adept at making connections for businesses to leverage partnerships for ventures in new global markets, and has led groups of up to 30 executives on deal exploratory trips to places such as China and Myanmar.

Having studied Economics and International Relations at Boston University and Yale, Paul is fueled by a strong interest in the geostrategic issues that are currently shaping international affairs, and which may offer opportunity or present challenges for businesses. A dual US/UK citizen, Paul has lived in five foreign countries and is very passionate about his travels, which have taken him from places such as Agra to Zanzibar, across 57 countries, and which are chronicled in several travel journals.

WHY ARCHIE

I am excited about the growth trajectory of Archie after watching the business grow over 6 years. I want to be part of this ongoing growth; I envision the building of an idea exchange platform for existing clients to engage with potential partners and peers in their sector as Archie expands its professional service capabilities.
